Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes delivery can take longer than expected when the carrier encounters an issue. Especially in May, which has several public holidays. Unfortunately, we have no way to act on this level. I suggest trying another carrier than Mondial Relay next time as it is the carrier with the longest delivery times. I have also sent you an email.
