My relay point is at the Bloody Mary cobbler in Argentan (61). As I said, I order from you despite the shipping costs that I find expensive because your products are of quality. There is absolutely nothing paradoxical about that. And once again, what bothers me is mainly that it is not decreasing or that there is no loyalty system. I will therefore continue to buy from you. Understand me well. I have no criticism to make about the quality of the products, nor even about the fast shipping or the impeccable order tracking. I just have a problem with the shipping costs ;)

If you compare with our competitors, we are quite well positioned. We remind you that our cheapest option is Mondial Relay at 4.90 euros (you chose home delivery which is more expensive). Furthermore, shipping costs are free for any basket of 140 euros or more.
