Hello,
The degraded service for certain orders is linked to the recent relocation of our warehouse. We did everything to avoid delays but we encountered unforeseen issues. On the other hand, the information about gift packages and messages in our logistics tool was not properly communicated. This is part of the "failures" related to this difficult change and we are truly sorry it does not meet the usual service level. Everything has gradually returned to normal.
