Was in need of a limited edition bottle and Rhum Attitude was the only place that I could find it in stock. Being from the UK I was a little dubious about purchasing but so glad I did. I never received the order (apparently a problem with the delivery person). I immediately informed Rhum Attitude but I had to call them several times to finally receive the refund 15 days after placing the order. Moreover, knowing that the purchase was partly for a gift, Rhum Attitude made no effort to find a solution to the problem. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Rhum Attitude.

Thank you for your order and your feedback. Here are the facts: you ordered on September 5 and the package left on the morning of the 6th. Our carrier Chronopost broke the package despite all the protections put in place by our logistics, which unfortunately happens sometimes. You demanded a solution that was not acceptable: sending a new package to you and another to the Netherlands, at no extra cost. We go out of our way for our customers, including with extra costs, but within reasonable limits, which you did not want to hear. We obviously refunded you once the package was declared broken, as we do every time this case arises. The Rhum Attitude team

It is the tracking of the package that was not updated on the carrier's side. Delays or incorrect tracking happen with all carriers, even the best. A shame: order placed with Chronopost delivery requested (against signature...) to receive it in time for a big event. Chronopost indicates that the package was delivered while I received nothing. Rhum-attitude relies on its general conditions which shift the conflict with the delivery person to the customer: I have already had to provide a certificate, identity papers... and now I am being asked to file a complaint. In the meantime, I have neither my package nor my €140. Be careful, this company is really not serious.

Thank you for your order and your feedback. We explained the compensation procedure in case of delivery dispute against signature, which is underway. Our general terms and conditions only reflect this procedure. In the case of Chronopost, it is a bit heavier than with other carriers since a complaint must indeed be filed, which you have not done so far. If you had filed this complaint, we would have already refunded you, even if on our side, compensation can take months. Since you preferred to wait to see if this complaint was necessary, we need to wait for confirmation from Chronopost, which is conducting an investigation on its side, particularly with the delivery person. In 100% of cases, the process ends with a refund to the customer as soon as they provide the necessary documents, rest assured. It is a bit cumbersome and takes time, but it is essential; otherwise, we would end up with losses on orders refunded to the customer but not compensated due to missing documents.
