I placed an order for Christmas on 12/13 and thought I would receive it at Mondial Relay 5 days (7 with the weekend) later as announced... Result, parcel arrived on the 23rd in the afternoon (delay with the carrier supposedly). Unable to wait until that date, I only picked up the gift after Christmas... Explain to me how other companies (not just large ones, but small ones too) manage to meet the announced deadlines and not you! I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend the delivery??

Hello, Thank you for your order and your feedback. We are sorry for this delay from the carrier. Other companies use the same carriers as us, and also Mondial Relay for many of them. Most of the time it works well but incidents happen (delay, loss, etc.), especially during this very busy December period. Do not hesitate to ask us to intervene in case of a problem. We could have found solutions. You only contacted us once on 12/20 to say that you had not received the tracking link for your parcel. We sent it to you immediately. The Rhum Attitude team.

Rhum Attitude managed to deliver my parcel on time while the first Mondial Relay provider was overwhelmed by Christmas orders. The rum recommended based on the recipient's taste was perfect, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

They responded very quickly to my requests for advice on sweet and caramelized rums; I was able to complete my order ensuring that I had selected what my husband liked. BUT I did not pay attention to the packaging and therefore instead of receiving a box with my samples nicely arranged, I received everything in bulk (10 samples of old rum). For gifting, it was a bit neglected so I had to find a box and do a DIY project :-(. If this packaging is free, it's a shame that it is not provided directly because I was very disappointed to give such a beautiful gift in a more than mediocre package. Fortunately, it's the content that matters.

You should have called us upon receiving your parcel, I am sure we would have found a solution to send you presentation boxes for your samples (which are not free - see explanations by following the link below). You chose a free sample instead of the gift package in the dropdown menu of your cart where a free option is offered. We cannot take both the free sample and the free gift package otherwise we wouldn't keep track. Every time you add a sample to your cart, it says 'You have added one or more samples to your cart: feel free to learn more about this offer.' with an invitation to click on 'Learn more.' And once in the cart, it says 'You have at least one sample in your cart, feel free to learn more about this offer.' with the same 'Learn more.' button. Everything is explained.
