Regarding the tasting notes, we are working in the direction you indicate, while being aware that there is still a long way to go: - When we create our own tasting notes, if we particularly liked it, we indicate that, and we also provide suggestions by stating 'if you liked this rum, we suggest this and that for such and such reasons.'
