Super well packaged and good reception but very slow. You need to plan at least 2 weeks in advance (3 if I'm not mistaken). Order placed on December 8 and not the 12. Received on the 19. So we are at 12 calendar days. Not bad but I'm used to receiving my parcels faster.

Thank you for your feedback. The reason it took this long is that you chose to pay by bank transfer. This is an option offered by relatively few sites, which we provide, but it delays the delivery since we have to wait to receive the payment in our account before we can ship the package. We received your transfer on the 12th and shipped the package the very next day, on the 13th. The delivery time of 4 working days was then respected (there was a weekend between the two dates). One small downside, however: the email asking to open the package upon delivery under penalty of not being able to get a refund if there is a problem. Indeed, it is IMPOSSIBLE to open a package when picking it up at a relay point, and you should know that.
