I give a rating of 4/5 because, although Rhum Attitude processed my order as quickly as possible, I unfortunately chose delivery by Chronopost. Of course, with Chronopost's services being what they are, my package did not arrive at the recipient within the allotted time (birthday gift) - obvious lies from the delivery person, etc... I therefore do not understand why the site uses Chronopost's services. Chronopost has a deplorable rating on TrustPilot (around 2).
