Very careful packaging, the bottles arrived quickly. I don't give 5 stars just because the 5cl miniatures are in standard plastic bottles made by Rhum Attitude and not in small glass bottles from the original brand. The rest was perfect.

Thank you for your very helpful comment. We have received a few comments like yours from customers who did not notice that these are 'homemade' PET bottles. Everything is described on the site, especially by clicking on the orange 'i' to the left of 'Sample 5 cl', but it is entirely possible to overlook the information. Therefore, we will strengthen communication around this. In fact, very few 'miniatures' are available for import. If we were to sell glass miniatures, we might have 5% of the references available as samples. It is to provide the opportunity to taste all the rums (or almost) that we chose this option. The goal of the operation is more to 'let people taste' rather than to offer the possibility to collect.

We rely on logistics professionals who do their best to protect the inside of our packages to prevent bottles or samples from being damaged. In case of breakage or damage (which does not seem to be the case here, and in that case, you should obviously report it to us), we replace the damaged products. Regarding the gift package, we sent you an email (from the address [email protected]) with a few additional questions that would help us better understand what went wrong: process or information. If you did receive an ivory-colored pouch containing the samples but were expecting gift wrapping, we need to improve our communication: indeed, when it comes to samples, the 'gift wrapping' takes the form of an ivory-colored fabric pouch. This is explained with photos in several places during the purchasing process, but perhaps not sufficiently. If, on the other hand, you did not receive the pouch, it is a logistics error, and in that case, other actions need to be taken. We chose to stop making this type of box precisely to avoid these understandable disappointments.
