Very good experience with Rhum Attitude but a small downside. The desired product was soon in stock, via chat I asked when, someone replied almost immediately to inform me that it had arrived but that the site was not yet updated. They put it up right away and I was able to place my order. I am in Belgium, delivery to a relay point very fast. The downside: it is stated on the site that shipping is free for any order over 140 euros, my order was 255.80 euros but I was charged 7.90 euros for shipping. I thought it was normal, I have an Allary barrel which according to their site incurs 8 euros of shipping... Anyway, I opened my package but no barrel. Message to Rhum Attitude and hyper responsiveness from their customer service, who told me that the barrel ships directly from the manufacturer, so all is well but they asked me to pay 8 euros for its shipping which I did because I need that barrel! So when you place your order, keep in mind that the 140 euros for free shipping does not include the barrel and accessories ;) hence my downside.

Hello yes you are right we should specify for multiple calendars it is always 1 sample offered but it is not the same list it is more 'high-end'. 1: Despite the rather long delivery time, after an email exchange everything was back in order, the package was very well protected and the box is in accordance with the photo on the site!!! Just waiting to taste it for Mr. ?? I am satisfied with my first purchase with you!!!

This merchant site offers good service but upon shipping the bottle is removed from the cardboard box. This allows for good protection but that was not the case with the packaging that arrived torn in one place, which didn't help me as it was a gift.

It's a shame that the 10 samples from the arranged factory are offered in plastic bottles with more or less well-cut/glued labels. The packaging does not match the price asked. It was a tasting gift that I ultimately did not give due to the poor quality of the packaging. It's a shame that my emails to customer service went unanswered.

A weirdness that can happen sometimes. 2) Regarding the PET bottles, it is indicated when you order a 5 cl bottle 'You have added one or more sample(s) to your cart: feel free to learn more about this offer.' and a second time in the cart. By clicking on 'learn more' we have all the details with photos 3) regarding the labels sometimes they are poorly printed and we need to be more vigilant we will look into this closely. Jamaican rum ordered and well received, well packaged; according to the label, this rum is produced in Jamaica, imported by Italy, and there is even a label in German 'Enthalt Farbstoff'... for me, this is not an original... too bad, it had a good taste and beautiful color...

Following your feedback, we exchanged emails and understood that your comment is about the fact that the label is not the same as when you buy the bottle in Jamaica. Once the rum is imported to Europe, various mentions may appear additionally on the labels, such as the company that imports the rum, or additional mentions about the composition. Except in rare cases where the 'recipe' may vary from country to country (for example, the amount of added sugar in certain rums, the European Union being quite strict on the subject), the rum is indeed the same as when purchased in the country of origin. Harassment to leave a review on Trustpilot and no way to unsubscribe. So bad rating. Edit: I received 2 requests from Trustpilot on May 4, one request from you on May 25, and a new request from Trustpilot today. The link to unsubscribe did not work otherwise I would have done it and that would have been the end of it. Your offer of 5€ is not very correct regarding Trustpilot. It suggests that you pay people for good ratings.

We are sincerely sorry for your reaction. 3 important clarifications: 1) regarding the 5 euro offer, you omit to say that it was not a firm discount but a voucher for a future order. Moreover, very frequently when a customer has a negative experience, we offer a voucher; this is the first time we have been reproached for it. Finally, it is not conditional on any modification of your rating. When customers contact us or leave a negative review, we always do our best to provide the best possible response (sending a forgotten sample, for example, or making a commercial gesture); nothing obliges them to change their review, and we do it primarily to have a happy customer in the end... 2) regarding reviews on Rhum Attitude service, Trustpilot sends a first request 2 weeks after the shipment of the parcel, then a reminder 5 days later, and that’s where it stops. 3) moreover, you can unsubscribe right from the first email and no longer receive any Trustpilot emails.
