A very large selection of samples (5cl), which allows me to test a lot of rums before buying bottles. The navigation through the site is excellent, the information on the products detailed, and the bottle/sample selection straightforward. Fast delivery and tracking. I haven't had to deal with customer service. But everything suggests that it must be up to par with the rest. I recommend.

Still perfect in every way! However (and this is not Rhum Attitude's fault), the Chronopost delivery was so catastrophic as usual that it created panic and extremely annoying issues, always the same delivery people who declare 'delivered against signature' 8 hours before the actual receipt so they don't lose their bonus while usurping your identity, it's scandalous. Fortunately, Rhum Attitude's customer service is always there to assist you until the problem is resolved! Thank you to them!

My bottle had wax cork and when I got my bottle it was damaged The staff offered me 5 discount for the inconvenience with no choise of change the bottle. Disappointed

Thank you for your order and your comment. We do our best to protect the corks with an additional wax closure. Unfortunately some waxes are very friable and sometimes damaged during transport. Following your complaint, we gave you the discount that seemed to suit you. Obviously you are still not satisfied and we regret it. We could have found another solution. The Rhum Attitude team
