Hello, I am writing to you regarding my recent order, for which everything went well overall, and I thank you for that. I was entitled to a small gift worth about 5 €, to choose between a sample bottle or a gift wrapping. I opted for the gift wrapping, but I must admit I was a bit disappointed by its presentation. A simple crumpled paper around the bottle, held by a string, does not match what I imagined for a 'gift wrapping'. A small box would, in my opinion, have offered a much more careful and qualitative presentation. I share this feedback with a constructive spirit, hoping it can be useful to you to improve the customer experience in the future. Best regards,

For a gift, I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to find the Belle Cabresse in the stores in the region. By late morning, I placed an order with Rhumattitude. The bottle was delivered to me the next morning. I could have saved myself 3 hours of searching. 😂
