Mixed impression regarding the delivery. The delivery people tried several times and called me in Paris while the recipient was in Lyon. I tried to explain to them but the sketch lasted 3 days! And yet I had given all the details! Incomprehensible.

On the first subscription page 'Choose the plan that suits you' there is a box to check 'For a gift (gift wrapping, personalized message, possibility to choose 2 different addresses: 1st box at your place to give in person and the others directly to the beneficiary)' I think this is the option you did not check. On the other hand, we definitely need to improve 1 or 2 things regarding the ordering process and communication: 1) delivery is free for orders over 140 euros, and you received that; 2) regardless of the order amount, you are entitled to a complimentary sample that you need to choose in your cart from a list (the list varies depending on the order amount). We constantly monitor their quality and we have separated from one of them in the past. None are 100% reliable unfortunately, and we are here in case of difficulty to act as a link with the carrier and to find solutions. Regarding packaging, we adapt them according to the contents of the packages and thanks to that we have very, very few breakages. In case of product damage, do not hesitate to come back to us, with photos, so that we can do what is necessary to replace damaged products (or broken ones obviously, but in this case do not forget to make reservations next to the signature requested by the delivery person or the relay point), and to improve ourselves of course.
