Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for this delay. We ship the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM and the next morning otherwise. The announced delivery times are calculated based on the promise of the transport company (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.) + 1 day margin, except for Chronopost which contractually announces 24h (if you went through Chronopost, we compensate part of the transport costs in case of delay, in which case you need to contact our customer service). In most cases, this is largely respected, but unfortunately, there are times when there are delays or incidents, in which case we intervene with the carrier when you report a delay or malfunction.
