I paid for DHL and get cheaper Colissimo. When I asked for refund the difference between the price. The client service ignore it and told me, they have a right to change it. Otherwise, everything was ok. After this experience I will not buy any goods from this webside. I know a lot of other webshops, where they care about customer. Update 24.11.: Rhumattitude offered me a good explanation and a voucher for this mistake. So I can raise my evaluation and give this shop another chance.

Here are the exact costs for shipping with DHL and Colissimo to your destination, VAT included: DHL = 23,25 euros Colissimo = 25,67 euros And you paid 22,90 for transportation costs.
