We cannot compete with supermarkets on these products. However, there is still demand (for example, for gifts and sending directly to the person you want to give it to, with the added bonus of gift wrapping and a personalized note included... so a service that large distribution does not offer). Thank you for your order and your comment. This is now the 11th time you have ordered from us. The delivery price for Belgium has not changed, and free shipping is still at 140 euros (which seems unusual for French spirits sales sites). As for the packaging, we have been protecting the bottles in the same way for years according to a proven protocol (breakage <1/1000 knowing that there is insurance anyway). We can always protect better, but some devices are very expensive even though they are not significantly more effective in case of shock, and they inevitably affect the selling price in one way or another.
