Hello, thank you for your order and for your feedback. It is very clearly specified on the site. 'Packaging: none' and the photo does not show a case. Since we take the photos ourselves, we systematically include the case or box in the photo when there is one. Moreover, creating boxes ourselves would be complicated given the different shapes of bottles, and would significantly increase the price of the bottles which is probably not what you would want.

4 orders without any problem... then the drama. The carrier hands me the package and I hear the sounds of glass just by picking it up. I refuse and he leaves with it. I inform customer service, quick response, a new shipment will be made with another carrier. Received 3 days later in perfect condition. In addition to a very wide choice of products and attractive prices, customer service is therefore ultra responsive.
