I gave my husband a 30 euro gift voucher. He ordered a bottle that didn't leave right away, which wasn't delivered to the right pickup point. And we received an email that didn't match the date when the package was at the pickup point. (Email arrived 2 days too early, the package wasn't there!)

Hello, you need to contact us by email otherwise we cannot know that glasses have broken :) We pack them as best as we can and we replace them in case of breakage of course. The ideal is still - and we cannot insist enough - to open the package and check the condition of the bottles and glasses to put the reservations next to the signature so that we can take action against the carrier. For the bottles, if we have a signature without reservation, we will not be able to compensate you. For the glasses, we can make an exception.
