Buying a rum at 125 euros per bottle and receiving the presentation box of the bottle flattened under the bottle and completely torn is really disappointing. The gift I am giving is largely spoiled because this type of opened box is part of the presentation of the bottle and is normally kept with the bottle.

Hello. I ordered samples to test a large number of rums. Very good concept, you can travel the world of rum without breaking the bank and without the risk of buying an unknown bottle... delivery in the indicated time in French Polynesia super! However, I did not receive an email for the tracking number... I was very worried after 3 weeks without news of my order which was finally received. The packaging improved a leak on a miniature with a loose cap. I recommend this site! Thank you ATK.

I ordered a rather expensive bottle of rum as I regularly do with you to give to a friend. It was never delivered. We provided the requested documents and now I am being asked to file a complaint against La Poste, which I will not do. I don't see why I should go through this process. You guarantee delivery against signature and tracking. It is rather against you that I should file a complaint if I had to do anything. I prefer to never order again and I am very disappointed.

Thank you for your order and your opinion. As we indicated, the Chronopost procedure requires filing a complaint online to be reimbursed (due to numerous abuses in the past). It is quite quick and necessary otherwise we are not reimbursed. This condition for reimbursement is indicated in the terms and conditions on our site. Chronopost practices this with all websites, so you would have had the same difficulty elsewhere. Once we have the receipt of this complaint, we will immediately refund you or send you a new package. The bottles arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. So why 4 and not 5? The gift wrapping and the card are totally unworthy. Already a bottle at 30 euros in its cardboard box with gift paper, impeccable, but then why do the two bottles at more than 200 euros each arrive in a vulgar red bag tied with a piece of shapeless raffia, not even in their boxes, as for the gift card, I would have done better with my printer. Taking these two 'gifts' as a commercial argument removes credibility. If we do it, we do it well.

?For years, I have been ordering from them... Unfortunately, prices change too often. The service is perfect, only one error in 6 years on an order. I already gifted a box for 3 months to my brother and now I have started again with my partner for 6 months. The idea is original and allows them to sharpen their palate by discovering several different rums, noting those they will buy again and those they liked less. The only downside is the message; maybe it should be put in the box to make it nicer and on a nice card rather than on the delivery slip written in very small print. Otherwise, really good, thank you.

I m very disappointed. I order for my friend samples 5cl, he is a crazy collectioner so i thought its will be perfect present for Christmas.Parcel was packed very nice and safe but when i open and saw what is inside i felt cheated from the shop. It was samples but not original bottles. So it mean it was useful present. I pay allot money for parcel from shop to UK and from UK to Cyprus. I will say is very difficult to get absolut extrakt 5cl and i was so excited i manage to get this for him but the shop realy disappointed me and my friend also.

Each time you add a sample to your cart it says "You have added one or more sample(s) to your shopping cart: find out more about this offer." with an invitation to click on "Find out more about this offer." And once in the cart it says "You have at least one sample in your shopping cart, feel free to learn more about this offer." with the same button "Read more." Everything is explained. But we can be in a hurry or not see it, it's understandable. We offer almost all rums in sample form. They are in fact made of P.E.T. (no breakage, keeps the rum very well, just like the glass) and do not have the same label as the original bottles. I am satisfied with the service and packaging. However, there is one aspect that confuses me and seems unfair. In the basket menu, it states that the package will be delivered by DHL. Later, I discovered that Colissimo works with the Bulgarian national post. In the end, what I'm paying for, DHL service or something else? Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount.

Very nice site, navigation is smooth. 11 search filters to facilitate customer orientation. I just regret that unofficial samples are not more clearly distinguished on the product page; but the hyper-responsive and excellent customer service quickly got me back on track. Everything was fine, but the box was ripped open and because of the breech in the box, the Display Boxes were bent. I was able to salvage them, so everything is fine. However, I wrote an email, with a picture and the person I was dealing with did not respond, which I did not appreciate.

Hello, upon receiving my Advent calendar, I realized that the small bottles were rolling around in the box so I had to open it to reposition everything properly. The labels without information are not great because usually during the tasting, if the rum is liked, we keep the mini bottle and it becomes a future gift, here it's not possible so it's useless.

A QR Code present on the label allows access to all the details of the tasted cuvée and the history of its distillery. The QR Code also allows access to a tasting video accompanied by a member of the distillery.' We apologize for the repositioning of the bottles in the calendar. A lot of rum choices, reasonable prices. However, I suspect being a 'victim' of a false promotion. A RUM bought during a 'promo' paid 265€ instead of about 300€ but a few weeks later I realize that the RUM in question is still at 265€. So false promo? In any case, that's the price for this RUM so not disappointed but maybe misleading advertising.
