Perfect packaging, even more than perfect, for a bottle of this price, it was well thought out. The customer service is top-notch, they look for and propose solutions. If Rhum Attitude reinstates payment via PayPal and delivery by a more reliable provider than Chronopost, still distinguished by its horrible delivery people who do not deliver, it will be perfect.

Of the 3 bottles ordered, one was not the one ordered, explanations and apologies and a refund of the difference directly to the account. All's well that ends well despite the small disappointment but top site, top price, top responsiveness, I recommend the site and I will order again soon of course.

Nothing to say about the quality of the product. It's just a shame that the boxes of the bottles were slightly damaged. Surely not due to transport as the packaging was intact. Since one of the bottles was supposed to be a gift, I couldn't give it..

What can I say about the site? It is complete, with a wide variety of rum. The only downside is that free shipping starts from €140.

The rum bottles are heavy (almost 2 kg per bottle), and on the other hand, the margins are low on this activity (unlike wine, for example), hence free shipping starting from a fairly significant amount. Previously, the packages arrived via DHL in Belgium, now via Mondial Relay. The announced delivery time is J+4. From experience, Mondial Relay cannot meet this deadline. The package must arrive by Friday 27/04 at the latest for an order placed on the 23rd. Leaving on the 28th for a month, the package will be returned to the supplier. If the package were to arrive on time, I would be happy to correct this review. This is not related to Rhum Attitude but rather to the choice of logistics. Therefore, the delivery time on the website should be modified.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback but it concerns the previous order which arrived safely and on time, via Colissimo (and not DHL which we have not offered for a long time). You can always select home delivery on our site, and you are not obliged to choose Mondial Relay. You write yourself that the J+4 have not even passed and the feedback regarding the order you are talking about will only be requested in 15 days. Feedback is requested at the end of a generally completely finished experience, including customer service if necessary.

Too bad the box for packaging the bottle arrived damaged and gave the impression of having already been used. ==> Thank you for your feedback and your suggestion. Almost nothing to complain about, the site is quite intuitive and well made. A small regret that the cart doesn't save for very long, but that's a minor issue except for indecisive people like me. Fast delivery and affordable prices, deducting one star, one of the packaging boxes arrived damaged, 1 out of 3, but the other 2 didn't have cardboard so that's understandable. The bottles, however, arrived in good condition and there was no alteration of the taste of the contents. I recommend.

Overall, I am satisfied. The order corresponds to the purchase. We had delivery issues with Mondial Relay, Rhum Attitude is not to blame, 1 month for delivery. In the contacts we had with them regarding this delay, they always responded and helped to find out where the order was stuck. Overall, aside from the delivery, our experience was good.
