Always a very satisfying experience with Rhum-Attitude, the parcels are well protected and the prices are interesting. Only small regret: some samples are in plastic vials, and I always fear that this degrades the whisky inside if we take a long time before tasting them.

Thank you for your order. Indeed, on certain references that can be found in supermarkets, we cannot be competitive. We do not have the same negotiating capacity... However, we offer them for people who do not have these references near them (supermarkets do not always have all the flavors) or who want to give gifts (shipping to a third party with the gift option).

Harassment to leave a review on Trustpilot and no way to unsubscribe. So bad rating. Edit: I received 2 requests from Trustpilot on May 4, one request from you on May 25, and a new request from Trustpilot today. The link to unsubscribe did not work otherwise I would have done it and that would have been the end of it. Your offer of 5€ is not very correct regarding Trustpilot. It suggests that you pay people for good ratings.

We are sincerely sorry for your reaction. 3 important clarifications: 1) regarding the 5 euro offer, you omit to say that it was not a firm discount but a voucher for a future order. Moreover, very frequently when a customer has a negative experience, we offer a voucher; this is the first time we have been reproached for it. Finally, it is not conditional on any modification of your rating. When customers contact us or leave a negative review, we always do our best to provide the best possible response (sending a forgotten sample, for example, or making a commercial gesture); nothing obliges them to change their review, and we do it primarily to have a happy customer in the end... 2) regarding reviews on Rhum Attitude service, Trustpilot sends a first request 2 weeks after the shipment of the parcel, then a reminder 5 days later, and that’s where it stops. 3) moreover, you can unsubscribe right from the first email and no longer receive any Trustpilot emails. It’s at the bottom of the email, like for a newsletter: 'If you no longer wish to receive invitation emails to leave a review, you can unsubscribe from www.rhumattitude.com from the Trustpilot platform.' Just click on the word 'unsubscribe'. -> if that didn’t work, it’s an interesting piece of information that we would have liked to look into with your help because it could be due to many factors (the interface with which you read your emails, your smartphone or computer).

40 : Good and fast, just the packaging of my last parcel was not great. I ordered empty 3cl samples to split, 3 were broken which is not very serious but there were pieces of glass in all the bottles (153) that I had to rinse and dry... 2 hours lost... otherwise for the bottles it's perfect.
