Good but... The delivery time was good, the communication and ease of ordering were also good but I had ordered a series of samples and the corks of some were not sealed. One sample even leaked a bit.

The delivery company is terrible, they delivered the package to the wrong address. Otherwise, the site and the choice are great.

Rhum Attitude delivered us in 2 days, the delivery matched the order, and the packaging ensured the integrity of the bottles, no breakage possible.

Great but shipping costs quite high

It's a shame that the packaging, especially the tape, damaged the label of the Grappa bottle. The deadlines are met, the bottle is intact but with the damaged label, the gift will have less charm. It's a pity.

As a novice regarding rum, I find that the comments about them are very educational and that my approach to tastings is very relevant. As for the delivery, no problem, but why did I have to go to a relay point for my first order, while the second order arrived at my home?

This site is quite user-friendly, you can quickly find what you're looking for. The variety of products offered is quite substantial. For all the orders I have placed on this site, I have never had a problem. The system of a small free extra beyond a certain amount allowed me to acquire 4 simple but rather elegant rum glasses as well as the discovery of very old rum in sample form. Delivery times are always very reasonable and the packaging is always top-notch. The missing star is due to the price sometimes being a bit more expensive than in stores (for example, a rum found at 187 euros on rhumattitude that I found at 170 at the wine merchant near my home) for some products, but overall the prices are very competitive!

I would start by talking about the variety offered on the site, and it is quite varied. I was tempted by samples that were not initially planned in my order project. In this regard, take the time to differentiate between 'miniatures' and 'samples' because at first glance, the distinction can be overlooked. Despite a rather disappointing value for money regarding an item, the choice offered by this site is interesting and the delivery went well. Furthermore, the concern of the managers to maintain its good reputation is a sign of seriousness.

The order of €92 was supposed to be a gift that will never arrive in the end... Feedback is gold so I allow myself to give you my feedback, please don't take it badly: 1) you don't cancel an order without asking the consumer beforehand 2) when it's canceled, the least you can do is to inform the consumer so they don't wait for nothing, especially when they planned to receive the gift on time to give it 3) extra tips: e-commerce is supposed to be a simple and frictionless experience, to avoid negative feedback, offer a % off the next order. Especially when analyzing the order, seeing samples, one might suspect that the next order will be at least one full bottle.

It would have been better to group the packages into one, but I'm nitpicking.

Once the payment interface deadline is exceeded, it is impossible to complete the order and you must absolutely restart the entire process... Moreover, the teams are of no help in this case.

Fast package (4 days), very friendly staff who contacted me following a product out of stock and offered me an item from the higher range at no extra charge. Points to improve: 1. Samples should be in glass containers (not plastic) 2. Shipping costs a bit expensive. I recommend the site.
