Ordered as a Christmas gift, we didn't even dare to give it... Extremely low-cost packaging (unattractive cardboard box, plastic bottles, leaking caps) in short, nothing to make you want to taste. Saving on packaging to improve the quality of the rums offered is an acceptable commercial technique... EXCEPT that none of the rums are really worth it! It's a matter of taste, you might say... but for rums whose bottles are sold for up to €120, I expected much better... In short, absolutely to avoid! Update 01/06: Very responsive and understanding customer service. They offered us a commercial gesture regarding the leaking caps and everything was resolved quickly.

Thank you for your review. We also left you a voicemail. We are sorry for this bad experience. The samples are meant for tasting, plus you chose Jamaican rums which are quite particular (indeed, it's a matter of taste, we love them). Most people like the presentation box. That said, we take all these comments into account. However, the leaking issue is not acceptable at all. Now it is probably too late, but we could have sent a replacement box and 'clean' samples if you had contacted us upon receipt of the package. Normally this happens very rarely, but recently we have had a few more cases, so the preparation team has now been instructed to check the proper sealing with each order.
