We constantly monitor their quality and we have separated from one of them in the past. None are 100% reliable unfortunately, and we are here in case of difficulty to act as a link with the carrier and to find solutions. Regarding packaging, we adapt them according to the contents of the packages and thanks to that we have very, very few breakages. In case of product damage, do not hesitate to come back to us, with photos, so that we can do what is necessary to replace damaged products (or broken ones obviously, but in this case do not forget to make reservations next to the signature requested by the delivery person or the relay point), and to improve ourselves of course.
