Hello, you need to contact us by email otherwise we cannot know that glasses have broken :) We pack them as best as we can and we replace them in case of breakage of course. The ideal is still - and we cannot insist enough - to open the package and check the condition of the bottles and glasses to put the reservations next to the signature so that we can take action against the carrier. For the bottles, if we have a signature without reservation, we will not be able to compensate you. For the glasses, we can make an exception. If the quantities were larger, we would lose money on each sale. 5 cl per rum is more than enough to know a rum and the goal of discovering 4 rums per month is therefore, from our point of view, achieved.
