I give a rating of 4/5 because, although Rhum Attitude processed my order as quickly as possible, I unfortunately chose delivery by Chronopost. Of course, with Chronopost's services being what they are, my package did not arrive at the recipient within the allotted time (birthday gift) - obvious lies from the delivery person, etc... I therefore do not understand why the site uses Chronopost's services. Chronopost has a deplorable rating on TrustPilot (around 2). Regarding the rating of Chronopost, it should be noted that it is the unhappy people who write reviews about carriers. If you look at the reviews for other transport companies (Colissimo, GLS, Mondial Relay, etc.), the ratings are also catastrophic. No transport company escapes this rule. However, Chronopost is reliable at nearly 99%, like the others.
