I received a package of rum from this retailer, and the packaging was extremely poor. One bottle's cap and wax seal were completely destroyed. It's a miracle nothing shattered. This is unacceptable for an international shipment. I hope they improve their packaging practices.

When there is a problem, do not hesitate to contact us [email protected], and to send us photos for example which allow us to understand what may have happened and repair the damage. We almost never have any breakages even in distant countries and we prepare the packages with care. It is possible that the package was repackaged en route, for example. Rhum Attitude team

I give 3 stars for the care taken in packaging the order but cannot give 5 because there was a product error which forced me to go back twice to the relay point to return the non-compliant products and retrieve the correct products. Too bad, no commercial gesture.

The bottles arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. So why 4 and not 5? The gift wrapping and the card are totally unworthy. Already a bottle at 30 euros in its cardboard box with gift paper, impeccable, but then why do the two bottles at more than 200 euros each arrive in a vulgar red bag tied with a piece of shapeless raffia, not even in their boxes, as for the gift card, I would have done better with my printer. Taking these two 'gifts' as a commercial argument removes credibility. If we do it, we do it well.

?For years, I have been ordering from them... Unfortunately, prices change too often. The service is perfect, only one error in 6 years on an order. You contacted us a little over a week ago to report a package marked as delivered that you did not receive. We have initiated a dispute procedure that should be resolved soon. This all takes a bit of time, but there is no reason you should not be refunded, or alternatively, that we do not send you a new package.
