Good performance

Very good impression! Beautiful website, impeccable delivery. However, don't forget that the packaging box of the bottle is essential for collectors like me. I hope we will have the opportunity to do business together in the future, but I will then need more products from this brand that I collect.

This was my second order on Rhum Attitude. The quality of the products seems impeccable, the descriptions of the products are generally of good quality, and the delivery went well. However, during my second order, the item offered as a "gift" was unfortunately missing.

I was satisfied with the speed of delivery, however the way the bottle was packaged caused deformation of the box, as well as partial damage and damaged corners. Given that this is a collector's item, the packaging should be better designed to minimize any degradation.

Good customer service overall. The bottle arrived with some damage to the label and seal, which was disappointing, especially for a premium product. However, after contacting them, they handled the complaint politely and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. A positive experience in the end.

Somewhat dissatisfied, there were missing samples and the order arrived two weeks after the order, I had to postpone a tasting. I really like your site but it's been a long time since I've had an order without issues.

Should be easier to change language to English. Maybe an icon on the top of the website? Only used the website on mobile phone, maybe it works better on computer. Ordered from Norwegian.

Mixed review, package received with 1 broken bottle.

Order handling and delivery very fast! It was for a birthday gift, when I opened the bottle, the gilding at the cork came off, it disappointed me a bit. So my bottle is less pretty and looks a bit cheap... however, the rum is excellent! And that's ultimately the most important.

Pretty bottles. Very nice gift sets with interesting explanations. I was delighted with the gift I gave. However, even after changing the address and the name of the recipient after receiving the first package, I received the next 2 packages.

Despite an error in the order, a solution and compensation were quickly offered to me.

The book was simply wrapped in a cardboard box, without plastic film. During delivery, it was raining a lot and the pages of the book were slightly warped due to humidity. Fortunately, there was no significant damage, but for a book that costs about 150 euros, I expect better protection during shipping.

Good information regarding the order follow-up. Packaging with protection. But...... The cap of one of the ordered bottles was poorly tightened and part of the bottle (about 20cl) dripped into the box. Hence a score of only 3.

The bottles are not easy to remove

Order was double-checked, prepared, shipped without damage: we like. The 2 flavored rums arrived well packaged, perfectly labeled, without leaks, without radar delays. In terms of flavors? It sings like a well-turned stock: no excess alcohol that stings, no aromatic break, just the right balance. Clearly, quality validated. The site does the job, the delivery follows, and I recommend. On the next arrival, I will reorder. Keep up this energy, it's a pleasure.

Chronopost did not deliver the package to the specified address, and delivered it much further away.

Excellent service (very wide choice - including samples, ease of ordering, speed of delivery), however the delivery by UPS is not up to par: the pickup points can be too far away, and home delivery forces you to stay there for half a day or more (delay of more than 2 hours). Their tracking system is not reliable (package delivered while it was still reported in the warehouse). In short, Rhum Attitude: 5* - UPS: 2*

Order: Emperor finish Pope Clement. The box was marked with dusty fingerprints (embarrassing for a gift!) and catastrophic delivery from UPS (not Rhum Attitude's fault). This is the first time this has happened…

Quality of rum excellent, a lot of choices, very attractive prices. I removed 1 star because of the package pickup at the UPS relay, package arrived in 3 days at the relay perfect, but no reception of the code ???? I had to call UPS not very friendly, total 4 days for this code thank you UPS. (some people are useless).....

very long shipping delays, supposedly due to a move. I suppose this was planned so the announced delays should have taken that into account. Then no follow-up received from UPS. My package almost left before I was informed of its presence at the relay. a first failed experience.

Hello, I am writing to you regarding my recent order, for which everything went well overall, and I thank you for that. I was entitled to a small gift worth about 5 €, to choose between a sample bottle or a gift wrapping. I opted for the gift wrapping, but I must admit I was a bit disappointed by its presentation. A simple crumpled paper around the bottle, held by a string, does not match what I imagined for a 'gift wrapping'. A small box would, in my opinion, have offered a much more careful and qualitative presentation.
