Affordable prices and arrived on time. It's a Christmas gift so the package hasn't been opened yet but I keep the references.

As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed to learn that shipping costs are no longer included when the order exceeds 140... mine was over 800... I don't find that commercial.

A lot of rum choices, reasonable prices. However, I suspect being a 'victim' of a false promotion. A RUM bought during a 'promo' paid 265€ instead of about 300€ but a few weeks later I realize that the RUM in question is still at 265€. So false promo? In any case, that's the price for this RUM so not disappointed but maybe misleading advertising.

Prices are normal, neither too high nor too low. The choice is large, but the threshold should be lowered to avoid paying shipping fees. Especially since delivery is not the fastest.

Package sent and delivered quickly and well protected. Just one thing that wasn't right: the rum was sold as vintage 2020 and received from 2022.

The delivery was rather long: it took 4 days to go from Toulouse to Fonsorbes (20 km).

Different bottle number between the box and the bottle, otherwise correct packaging.

Catastrophic DPD delivery service: cancellations several days in a row, without reason and of course at the end of the day. Result: 3 vacation days lost waiting for nothing and a delivery that arrived too late, after our departure. All with a deplorable DPD customer service, lacking empathy and unable to prioritize your delivery after several cancellations at the simple decision of the delivery person. Change delivery companies immediately, or you won't recover!

Everything was perfect but unfortunately just a small issue I ordered 7 samples and one had a small piece of branch/leaf I don't know too much.. it's not extremely serious but it's still a shame. Otherwise, it was great. Thank you for allowing us to taste new things for not too much money.

I recommend this professional site, that said, I still had to pick up my package at a relay quite far from the one initially planned, to have it within the expected time. But, the seller had offered to pick up the package at a closer relay at a later date. Seller, quick response and attentive.

Nice offer of spirits, including outside of rum. Fair prices, readable and easy-to-use site, interesting promotions. Just a small hiccup at the time of shipping, but immediately rectified after a very courteous phone exchange. Package hyper secured against breakage.

***UPDATE Yes they have been in contact with me. I am waiting for instructions to send them back. More hassle for me. I will also have the inconvenience of claiming back the duty from customs. Not really a good service is it? Ordered 6 bottle, 4 was damaged. Not packed well. A little bit of bubble wrap around the base of the bottle. They were rattling around in a box without them separated. These are a special edition that I will now struggle to get hold of anymore. Second order was packaged perfect. Bottles separated by cardboard and bubble wrap. Unfortunately I have to score low as this is a great inconvenience having to send back and reclaim the duty etc. I will return them in the same box and packaging though. I would have scored zero if the second parcel was packaged badly. Luckily the second box was perfect.

Product as described!! Fast shipping, well packaged!! The only small downside is a package too large for two bottles!!

A glass broke... I'm waiting for an email to notify me about stock and for a new glass to be sent. But still no news.

Slight delay on delivery to the relay point but otherwise, clean package, serious packaging worthy of Rhum Attitude. For the drink, I haven't tasted it yet, it shouldn't be long, just smelling it, the scent is magnificent, it makes you want to.

The package was not very good and many samples lost liquid

Packaging box for glasses in very poor condition.

Very happy with the Rhum Attitude site in terms of delivery, etc., but very disappointed with one of the three products purchased, the R1963 amber. It has almost only the taste of burning alcohol in the mouth. Yes, it’s a cask strength rum with a high alcohol content, but the 'arbre du voyageur' by Chantal Comte, for example, is a very well-made rum rich in flavor, the complete opposite of this R1963 amber.

- Did not receive the Kraken Black promotion - Delivery via DPD even though I paid (€15.10) for Colissimo.

I have been sourcing rum from Rhum Attitude for several years. Deliveries in Paris always go smoothly. Being able to get this year 'La Flibuste 2001' at a very reasonable price was a delightful surprise. Trust them; their assessments of the bottles are generally consistent, even if they are just very personal opinions.

Very good assortment. My country was not originally on their site, but was actioned at my request and pretty much smooth sailing from there. Only minor setback was that shipment came in two packages, which, living in Norway added some additional customs handling charges. All in all I'm very happy to have found the shop and will likely come back for more.
