To summarize the process for an order to be delivered to Switzerland: 1) you do not pay French VAT for shipments to Switzerland so that you do not have the 'double penalty' (so you pay 20% less than the price displayed on the site, which is inclusive of tax) 2) We explain at the time of ordering that you will have to pay Swiss customs duties.
