Thank you for your comment. I am sorry for this incident. Our gift packages are flawless when they leave the warehouse and well protected in our parcels... Unfortunately, if the package was particularly mishandled during transport (and this happens with all carriers, not just the one you chose), it can happen that the gift package tears or comes apart. The only thing we can do in this case is to offer a goodwill gesture when you contact us to report the problem.
