5: Extraordinary site. Unfortunately, I live in a department plagued by theft (our packages are stolen by the delivery people themselves!) and I get robbed at every delivery (over 500 intercepted/stolen orders...), regardless of the provider. However, having had a logistical issue, I was immediately taken care of by customer service who was professional and involved until the end. It's almost the only brand with which I managed to receive my order. Moreover, it's the only site in France that allows you to buy a sample of each bottle: paradise! After comparing with about fifteen sites on choice, value for money, catalog, navigation, ... I highly recommend it! Go ahead with your eyes closed!
