Very good impression! Beautiful website, impeccable delivery. However, don't forget that the packaging box of the bottle is essential for collectors like me. I hope we will have the opportunity to do business together in the future, but I will then need more products from this brand that I collect.

I was satisfied with the speed of delivery, however the way the bottle was packaged caused deformation of the box, as well as partial damage and damaged corners. Given that this is a collector's item, the packaging should be better designed to minimize any degradation.

Order handling and delivery very fast! It was for a birthday gift, when I opened the bottle, the gilding at the cork came off, it disappointed me a bit. So my bottle is less pretty and looks a bit cheap... however, the rum is excellent! And that's ultimately the most important.

Hello, for Belgium the fees are reduced beyond 140 euros. It is for France that they are free. It is clearly stated everywhere on the site.

Excellent service (very wide choice - including samples, ease of ordering, speed of delivery), however the delivery by UPS is not up to par: the pickup points can be too far away, and home delivery forces you to stay there for half a day or more (delay of more than 2 hours). Their tracking system is not reliable (package delivered while it was still reported in the warehouse). In short, Rhum Attitude: 5* - UPS: 2*

Quality of rum excellent, a lot of choices, very attractive prices. I removed 1 star because of the package pickup at the UPS relay, package arrived in 3 days at the relay perfect, but no reception of the code ???? I had to call UPS not very friendly, total 4 days for this code thank you UPS. (some people are useless).....

very long shipping delays, supposedly due to a move. I suppose this was planned so the announced delays should have taken that into account. Then no follow-up received from UPS. My package almost left before I was informed of its presence at the relay. a first failed experience.

The move was indeed announced for orders placed between June 2 and June 5. Orders from Friday, June 6 (including yours) should have shipped by Monday. However, we encountered difficulties greater than anticipated, so some orders were delayed and we are truly sorry for that. You were also entitled to a voucher, you just needed to indicate the proper receipt of your package. We have just sent it to you. Finally, regarding UPS, we have changed carriers and adjustments are still ongoing to ensure that customers are better alerted. Hello. I ordered samples to test a large number of rums. Very good concept, you can travel the world of rum without breaking the bank and without the risk of buying an unknown bottle... delivery in the indicated time in French Polynesia super! However, I did not receive an email for the tracking number... I was very worried after 3 weeks without news of my order which was finally received. The packaging improved a leak on a miniature with a loose cap. I recommend this site! Thank you ATK.

The bottles arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. So why 4 and not 5? The gift wrapping and the card are totally unworthy. Already a bottle at 30 euros in its cardboard box with gift paper, impeccable, but then why do the two bottles at more than 200 euros each arrive in a vulgar red bag tied with a piece of shapeless raffia, not even in their boxes, as for the gift card, I would have done better with my printer. Taking these two 'gifts' as a commercial argument removes credibility. If we do it, we do it well.
