My first order at Rhum Attitude, completely satisfied. Delivery time respected (order placed on Friday at the end of the day, available at the relay point the following Thursday at 1:30 PM). Package very well protected with thick cardboard, there were 3 bottles. No breakage or marks on the carton. Very good experience, I recommend.

Catastrophic DPD delivery service: cancellations several days in a row, without reason and of course at the end of the day. Result: 3 vacation days lost waiting for nothing and a delivery that arrived too late, after our departure. All with a deplorable DPD customer service, lacking empathy and unable to prioritize your delivery after several cancellations at the simple decision of the delivery person. Change delivery companies immediately, or you won't recover!

Everything was perfect but unfortunately just a small issue I ordered 7 samples and one had a small piece of branch/leaf I don't know too much.. it's not extremely serious but it's still a shame. Otherwise, it was great. Thank you for allowing us to taste new things for not too much money.
