?For years, I have been ordering from them... Unfortunately, prices change too often. The service is perfect, only one error in 6 years on an order. One phone call and the error was corrected in a week by a pleasant gentleman. I love ordering from them for my husband. BRAVO Rhum Attitude, keep it up.

I already gifted a box for 3 months to my brother and now I have started again with my partner for 6 months. The idea is original and allows them to sharpen their palate by discovering several different rums, noting those they will buy again and those they liked less. The only downside is the message; maybe it should be put in the box to make it nicer and on a nice card rather than on the delivery slip written in very small print. Otherwise, really good, thank you.

The sample order is a good way to get an opinion on a spirit, so since the Armagnac I wanted to taste was available at Rhum Attitude... no problem with this order, plus a gift..

Easy to visit and order site. Quite fast delivery and well packaged. The only downside... delivery fees for Belgium..

I am satisfied with the service and packaging. However, there is one aspect that confuses me and seems unfair. In the basket menu, it states that the package will be delivered by DHL. Later, I discovered that Colissimo works with the Bulgarian national post. In the end, what I'm paying for, DHL service or something else? Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount.

Responsive. Small downside on communication but understandable during the holiday season. I just would have liked to receive an email with the tracking number earlier to organize its pickup.

Order and delivery without problems. In the meantime, we went to a wine merchant and found that the price for the same rum was obviously much cheaper. We are therefore disappointed.

Very nice site, navigation is smooth. 11 search filters to facilitate customer orientation. I just regret that unofficial samples are not more clearly distinguished on the product page; but the hyper-responsive and excellent customer service quickly got me back on track. Once this mishap was over, one can happily get lost in all these good elixirs. A site to visit!!!

Hello, Product far too expensive, two bottles of 50 CL rum at 21 € each, so 42 € for the two bottles I found in Super U store, the same products that I paid 13 € each, so 26 € 16 € more expensive plus delivery... Incomprehensible. I am very disappointed. Alain BRACH

Everything was fine, but the box was ripped open and because of the breech in the box, the Display Boxes were bent. I was able to salvage them, so everything is fine. However, I wrote an email, with a picture and the person I was dealing with did not respond, which I did not appreciate.

Affordable prices and arrived on time. It's a Christmas gift so the package hasn't been opened yet but I keep the references.

As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed to learn that shipping costs are no longer included when the order exceeds 140... mine was over 800... I don't find that commercial.

A lot of rum choices, reasonable prices. However, I suspect being a 'victim' of a false promotion. A RUM bought during a 'promo' paid 265€ instead of about 300€ but a few weeks later I realize that the RUM in question is still at 265€. So false promo? In any case, that's the price for this RUM so not disappointed but maybe misleading advertising.

Prices are normal, neither too high nor too low. The choice is large, but the threshold should be lowered to avoid paying shipping fees. Especially since delivery is not the fastest.

Package sent and delivered quickly and well protected. Just one thing that wasn't right: the rum was sold as vintage 2020 and received from 2022.

Catastrophic DPD delivery service: cancellations several days in a row, without reason and of course at the end of the day. Result: 3 vacation days lost waiting for nothing and a delivery that arrived too late, after our departure. All with a deplorable DPD customer service, lacking empathy and unable to prioritize your delivery after several cancellations at the simple decision of the delivery person. Change delivery companies immediately, or you won't recover!

Everything was perfect but unfortunately just a small issue I ordered 7 samples and one had a small piece of branch/leaf I don't know too much.. it's not extremely serious but it's still a shame. Otherwise, it was great. Thank you for allowing us to taste new things for not too much money.

I recommend this professional site, that said, I still had to pick up my package at a relay quite far from the one initially planned, to have it within the expected time. But, the seller had offered to pick up the package at a closer relay at a later date. Seller, quick response and attentive.

***UPDATE Yes they have been in contact with me. I am waiting for instructions to send them back. More hassle for me. I will also have the inconvenience of claiming back the duty from customs. Not really a good service is it? Ordered 6 bottle, 4 was damaged. Not packed well. A little bit of bubble wrap around the base of the bottle. They were rattling around in a box without them separated. These are a special edition that I will now struggle to get hold of anymore. Second order was packaged perfect. Bottles separated by cardboard and bubble wrap. Unfortunately I have to score low as this is a great inconvenience having to send back and reclaim the duty etc. I will return them in the same box and packaging though. I would have scored zero if the second parcel was packaged badly. Luckily the second box was perfect.
