Nice offer of spirits, including outside of rum. Fair prices, readable and easy-to-use site, interesting promotions. Just a small hiccup at the time of shipping, but immediately rectified after a very courteous phone exchange. Package hyper secured against breakage.

***UPDATE Yes they have been in contact with me. I am waiting for instructions to send them back. More hassle for me. I will also have the inconvenience of claiming back the duty from customs. Not really a good service is it? Ordered 6 bottle, 4 was damaged. Not packed well. A little bit of bubble wrap around the base of the bottle. They were rattling around in a box without them separated. These are a special edition that I will now struggle to get hold of anymore. Second order was packaged perfect. Bottles separated by cardboard and bubble wrap. Unfortunately I have to score low as this is a great inconvenience having to send back and reclaim the duty etc. I will return them in the same box and packaging though. I would have scored zero if the second parcel was packaged badly. Luckily the second box was perfect.

Slight delay on delivery to the relay point but otherwise, clean package, serious packaging worthy of Rhum Attitude. For the drink, I haven't tasted it yet, it shouldn't be long, just smelling it, the scent is magnificent, it makes you want to.

Thank you for your order and your feedback. 1) Regarding the Kraken sample not received, please do not hesitate to inform us when you receive an incomplete package. Preparation errors happen, even if they are rare. Have you checked the packaging? Sometimes the sample shifts in the package and is not immediately visible. We will write to you separately to resolve this issue. 2) Your order was indeed sent via Colissimo (French post), simply as we indicate on the site at the time of ordering and choosing the carrier; they hand over the package to a local operator once in the destination country.

I have been sourcing rum from Rhum Attitude for several years. Deliveries in Paris always go smoothly. Being able to get this year 'La Flibuste 2001' at a very reasonable price was a delightful surprise. Trust them; their assessments of the bottles are generally consistent, even if they are just very personal opinions.

Very good assortment. My country was not originally on their site, but was actioned at my request and pretty much smooth sailing from there. Only minor setback was that shipment came in two packages, which, living in Norway added some additional customs handling charges. All in all I'm very happy to have found the shop and will likely come back for more.

Hi, thank you for your order and your comment. We are happy that the parcels reached you since Norway is not very near from France ;). Yes we really have to do several parcels otherwise risks of damage are much higher and that would make a lot less happy. If you want just one parcel next time please order a maximum of 4 bottles or 6 naked bottles (with no case at all).

Try again to take a 5 cl sample in your cart, you will see a message appear 'You have added one or more sample(s) to your cart: feel free to learn more about this offer.' with a button 'Learn more.'. Then once in your cart, the same message reappears. When you click on 'Learn more' you get the explanations, photos, and details. Regarding the damaged label of the bottle, it is possible that it deteriorated during transport. We will send you an email with a commercial proposal. The Rhum Attitude team

The box of the bottle (at 100€!) was torn in several places as if it had already been opened and was therefore not presentable for a gift. We had to put black marker on the tears to hide them and we even feared that the bottle was opened but no, the seal was intact.

Guyana rum available, fast shipping. The only downside was the transport; my parcel took several days to travel from LE MANS - PARIS, MONTPELLIER, LYON... before being delivered to me 200km from its departure point. According to the carrier I consulted, it's normal...
