I am very satisfied with the services, communication, and the way and speed of processing the order is excellent. I especially appreciate the product information. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the shipping. Although I appreciate the DHL Express shipping method, it is too expensive for the price of the item and prevents me from ordering more often.

The idea of being able to buy samples is excellent. However, I ordered about ten samples. Very disappointed to have received them loose in a package. A small presentation box, even basic, would have been welcome.

We do not include them systematically because many people buy these samples to taste themselves and not to give, so it would increase the cost of each sample if it were offered since presentation boxes are expensive to manufacture. I paid for DHL and get cheaper Colissimo. When I asked for refund the difference between the price. The client service ignore it and told me, they have a right to change it. Otherwise, everything was ok. After this experience I will not buy any goods from this webside. I know a lot of other webshops, where they care about customer. Update 24.11.: Rhumattitude offered me a good explanation and a voucher for this mistake. So I can raise my evaluation and give this shop another chance.

Hi, Thank you for your order and your comment. It is not a matter of price but a matter of insurance. We could not insure properly your parcel with DHL because it was too expensive for the weight. Here are the exact costs for shipping with DHL and Colissimo to your destination, VAT included: DHL = 23,25 euros Colissimo = 25,67 euros And you paid 22,90 for transportation costs. Package arrived on time even though I had a very tight schedule. Good responsiveness to email messages sent. However, the rum I ordered was supposed to be delivered in a case (as described on the site), but I did not receive the case, which disappointed me because it was a bottle to give as a gift and the case would have been nice.
