Fast and efficient delivery. Very large variety of rum.

I placed an order for Christmas on 12/13 and thought I would receive it at Mondial Relay 5 days (7 with the weekend) later as announced... Result, parcel arrived on the 23rd in the afternoon (delay with the carrier supposedly). Unable to wait until that date, I only picked up the gift after Christmas... Explain to me how other companies (not just large ones, but small ones too) manage to meet the announced deadlines and not you! I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend the delivery??

Update: I was contacted by customer service who offered me a commercial gesture. I have therefore revised my rating. I placed 2 orders with Rhum Attitude. The first, samples, which is very nice for making discoveries. The second, 2 rums that I had selected. There was a delivery problem with the second order, which was placed at the beginning of December. It is true that the MR delivery service did not help. But the customer service of RA was not up to par. Faced with a delivery that was not arriving, I asked for an alternative solution, as it was for Christmas gifts. I was never contacted by RA following my request. It's a shame. The site is very well done and there is a lot of choice.

Very fast, conforms to the description.

Product itself was great. However, when I contacted them to enquire about the product and shipping, all was great and swift. But when my parcel arrived in Croatia, I was unable to get further info from the tracking link and the courier customer care was in French. I emailed them to help me locate it but to this day had no response. I spent a day trying to locate which local courier had it and then finally had to make a trip to the post office to collect. So was put off by their after care service. The product itself was well packaged. Perhaps, they should consider that international buyers are unable to reach their french courier postal should things go wrong,

Package very well packed and protected, received on time, too bad the print on one of the glasses is not great.

Very disappointed, plastic bottle and gift box offered is just a vulgar organza bag, in short, very expensive.....

First test of the rum advent calendars not bad but so far no gems for this 2022 calendar.

Very good experience and very good products

Ordered a rum box and received rum but in plastic bottles. I thought they would be glass miniatures.

Very good experience with Rhum Attitude but a small downside. The desired product was soon in stock, via chat I asked when, someone replied almost immediately to inform me that it had arrived but that the site was not yet updated. They put it up right away and I was able to place my order. I am in Belgium, delivery to a relay point very fast. The downside: it is stated on the site that shipping is free for any order over 140 euros, my order was 255.80 euros but I was charged 7.90 euros for shipping. I thought it was normal, I have an Allary barrel which according to their site incurs 8 euros of shipping... Anyway, I opened my package but no barrel. Message to Rhum Attitude and hyper responsiveness from their customer service, who told me that the barrel ships directly from the manufacturer, so all is well but they asked me to pay 8 euros for its shipping which I did because I need that barrel! So when you place your order, keep in mind that the 140 euros for free shipping does not include the barrel and accessories ;) hence my downside.

1: Despite the rather long delivery time, after an email exchange everything was back in order, the package was very well protected and the box is in accordance with the photo on the site!!! Just waiting to taste it for Mr. ?? I am satisfied with my first purchase with you!!!

2: The package was very well protected, sent quickly. But luckily I opened it because a streak of leakage was visible all along the bottle that had not been wiped... not very nice for a future Christmas gift.

This merchant site offers good service but upon shipping the bottle is removed from the cardboard box. This allows for good protection but that was not the case with the packaging that arrived torn in one place, which didn't help me as it was a gift.

Despite a loss issue with the delivery, the team was very responsive and attentive to my good receipt of my order. Always top.

It's a shame that the 10 samples from the arranged factory are offered in plastic bottles with more or less well-cut/glued labels. The packaging does not match the price asked. It was a tasting gift that I ultimately did not give due to the poor quality of the packaging. It's a shame that my emails to customer service went unanswered.
