It's a shame that the 10 samples from the arranged factory are offered in plastic bottles with more or less well-cut/glued labels. The packaging does not match the price asked. It was a tasting gift that I ultimately did not give due to the poor quality of the packaging. It's a shame that my emails to customer service went unanswered.

Here are point-by-point responses to your completely legitimate remarks: 1) Regarding the email, we did not receive anything otherwise we would have replied. A weirdness that can happen sometimes. 2) Regarding the PET bottles, it is indicated when you order a 5 cl bottle 'You have added one or more sample(s) to your cart: feel free to learn more about this offer.' and a second time in the cart. By clicking on 'learn more' we have all the details with photos 3) regarding the labels sometimes they are poorly printed and we need to be more vigilant we will look into this closely. 4 orders without any problem... then the drama. The carrier hands me the package and I hear the sounds of glass just by picking it up. I refuse and he leaves with it. I inform customer service, quick response, a new shipment will be made with another carrier. Received 3 days later in perfect condition. In addition to a very wide choice of products and attractive prices, customer service is therefore ultra responsive. The cherry on the cake is the little gift offered with each order (in my case I often take a sample to guide my future purchases but there are also goodies and discount vouchers) In short, you can order without fear. Easy order and delivery, the Worthy Park 4 wines and the New Grove Ville Bague keep all their promises in different styles, and the Plantation Guyana has joined its family, patiently waiting to delight our taste buds... Just a small request, after quite a few orders, it would be appreciated to find some goodies (glass or other) in the package... A word to the wise ;)
