I paid for DHL and get cheaper Colissimo. When I asked for refund the difference between the price. The client service ignore it and told me, they have a right to change it. Otherwise, everything was ok. After this experience I will not buy any goods from this webside. I know a lot of other webshops, where they care about customer. Update 24.11.: Rhumattitude offered me a good explanation and a voucher for this mistake. So I can raise my evaluation and give this shop another chance.

Hi, Thank you for your order and your comment. It is not a matter of price but a matter of insurance. We could not insure properly your parcel with DHL because it was too expensive for the weight. Here are the exact costs for shipping with DHL and Colissimo to your destination, VAT included: DHL = 23,25 euros Colissimo = 25,67 euros And you paid 22,90 for transportation costs. As you see Colissimo is slightly more expensive. Nevertheless we sent you an e-mail with a proposal don't hesitate to reply. Regards Rhum Attitude Team

We clarify that the missing case is not an error, it was indicated on the product you ordered, and the photo on the site was precisely without a case to avoid misunderstandings. These are the last bottles we could procure and all the cases were very damaged, which is why we preferred to sell them without cases.
