Fast shipping of the package and well protected as it is very fragile, however a bit disappointed that a bottle of rum costing 130 euros didn't even come with a case to pack it... but the quality was there! Thank you for your comment. This box must still remain accessible to the greatest number of people because many of our customers discover the world of rum with our box. However, the high alcohol content deters more than one. With the May box, we took a risk because 3 of the 4 rums were 45 degrees or more, hence the Oksen cinnamon, sweet in this case, to 'compensate'. As a reminder, a few years ago, most aged rums were between 40 and 45 degrees. We regret more than one that has disappeared since... In the June box, there was Rivière du Mât, which is a very expressive rum, although at 40 degrees, and not flat at all. I believe we can say the same about Karukera aged rum. The July box may disappoint you if you are a fan of 'strong' rums because it is balanced between strength and sweetness, as we usually do. Third order perfect. Just the first one had nothing to do with the site... the package had a cut mark on the side as if someone at the post wanted to look inside. The other two Chronopost orders had no issues. Additional samples in the package. I don't give 5 stars because I didn't have any breakage or missing items, so I can't comment on customer service. But the packages are insured. I've seen cheaper sites BUT with the post or relay and 'the package travels at the buyer's risk.' If a product is damaged, contact the transport service' so with the post... no comment. Here at least it's insured, so it's better to pay 30-35 euros more.

Allow us to disagree for the following reasons: 1) glass would be more expensive 2) no breakage during transport (small glass bottles are more fragile than large bottles) 3) no alteration of taste with P.E.T. even over time 4) like glass, it is 100% recyclable. I would have taken the shipping costs at 4.90 if I could have been delivered to my usual relay point. I was asked to give my opinion, so here it is. I maintain that your shipping costs are expensive and not decreasing, which is a shame. Promo codes are rare. But you have quality products, and I stand by that too. Good evening. My relay point is at the Bloody Mary cobbler in Argentan (61). As I said, I order from you despite the shipping costs that I find expensive because your products are of quality. There is absolutely nothing paradoxical about that. And once again, what bothers me is mainly that it is not decreasing or that there is no loyalty system. I will therefore continue to buy from you. Thank you for your order and your comment. For Switzerland, as you noted, we do not charge VAT. So you do have to pay Swiss taxes but not French VAT, which already spares you from double taxation... Part of the Swiss taxes depends on the number of liters of pure alcohol and not on the price of the goods. So if you buy white rum, which is not very expensive compared to aged rum, it is normal for Swiss alcohol taxes to be very high relative to the goods. In mainland France, they are often significantly higher than the value of the bottle, but since this is not indicated, one does not realize it when buying a bottle.
