Thank you for your order and your feedback. As we indicated, this is not a shipping delay: we shipped your package the morning after your order placed at 6:50 PM. It is the tracking of the package that was not updated on the carrier's side. Delays or incorrect tracking happen with all carriers, even the best. Our role is to choose reliable carriers and to eliminate those with too frequent incidents. We have actually eliminated a few in the past, but those we use are generally reliable. Package arrived on time even though I had a very tight schedule. Good responsiveness to email messages sent. However, the rum I ordered was supposed to be delivered in a case (as described on the site), but I did not receive the case, which disappointed me because it was a bottle to give as a gift and the case would have been nice.

Personally, I really like this site that offers a tasting note on many products for sale. Prices are very reasonable, maybe free delivery from €100 would be really nice. In any case, I highly recommend it. Delivery is fast.

I am a customer in the UK & buy this rum very often from the EU, however this is the first time ever I was charged duties & taxes which are the same amount as the rum, doubling the price! UK customers beware, Rhum Attitude are not registered with UK authorities so Royal Mail will force you to pay tax before delivery, despite this consignment being less than the €144 limit on personal imports. I was going to return the consignment but this product is very difficult to find anywhere this side of the Atlantic.....

Thank you for your order. When you place an order you do not pay French VAT but we indicate that you will have to pay UK duties. Unfortunately, we have found that the UK customs are quite often wrong in the amount they claim from our customers, but we cannot do anything about it. We are seriously considering stopping shipments to the UK because of this. In the meantime, you can always refuse the package, which also costs us a round trip but which we offer in these cases.

Perfect packaging, even more than perfect, for a bottle of this price, it was well thought out. The customer service is top-notch, they look for and propose solutions. If Rhum Attitude reinstates payment via PayPal and delivery by a more reliable provider than Chronopost, still distinguished by its horrible delivery people who do not deliver, it will be perfect.

Of the 3 bottles ordered, one was not the one ordered, explanations and apologies and a refund of the difference directly to the account. Nothing to say about the quality of the product. It's just a shame that the boxes of the bottles were slightly damaged. Surely not due to transport as the packaging was intact. Since one of the bottles was supposed to be a gift, I couldn't give it..

The rum bottles are heavy (almost 2 kg per bottle), and on the other hand, the margins are low on this activity (unlike wine, for example), hence free shipping starting from a fairly significant amount. However, in the dropdown menu of the cart that allows you to choose your gift, you selected 'Rhum Attitude Gift Card 3 euros with no expiration date' and not a sample. Perhaps you missed this step as an option is checked by default. In any case, if you go to your account and add a bottle to your cart, you will see your gift card appear, click on it and it gives you a 3 euro discount. It's valid indefinitely. We have resent you the gift card code.
