The possibility of testing many rums thanks to the samples is very interesting. However, there is a lack of advice and some basic elements on all the differences and particularities of rum styles.

The pickup point is closed, Rhum Attitude reacted very quickly and a new package arrived at another pickup point. Satisfied.

This was my first shopping experience on Rhum Attitude. I appreciated the selection of rums, the reviews/descriptions of certain bottles, and the navigation in the rum search engine. The ordering process is simple and the shipping is fast. I ordered three bottles and two arrived with a damaged cork. After learning about this mishap, the Rhum Attitude team reacted quickly. New protective packaging is planned soon, I will experience it on my next order!

Gift box for 3 months offered for Christmas. I admit I was expecting glass bottles and larger sizes but I hadn't checked the equivalents in the description. Otherwise, the idea of the gift itself was appreciated.

Problem occurred during delivery, the cap was slightly unscrewed despite the plastic protection, causing rum to leak into the metal casing. Rhum Attitude graciously offered 2 bottles of 5cl as compensation. Thank you for this gesture! I recommend this excellent 2007 Belize rum to everyone, strength and sweetness with vanilla constantly present, it's a delight...

Package conforms to the description and fast delivery. A bit disappointed with the contents of the rum advent calendar: no descriptive booklet of the rums, very expensive compared to the quantity. The product design could be more refined.

The delivery company is terrible, they delivered the package to the wrong address. Otherwise, the site and the choice are great.

Great but shipping costs quite high

It's a shame that the packaging, especially the tape, damaged the label of the Grappa bottle. The deadlines are met, the bottle is intact but with the damaged label, the gift will have less charm. It's a pity.

As a novice regarding rum, I find that the comments about them are very educational and that my approach to tastings is very relevant. As for the delivery, no problem, but why did I have to go to a relay point for my first order, while the second order arrived at my home?

This site is quite user-friendly, you can quickly find what you're looking for. The variety of products offered is quite substantial. For all the orders I have placed on this site, I have never had a problem. The system of a small free extra beyond a certain amount allowed me to acquire 4 simple but rather elegant rum glasses as well as the discovery of very old rum in sample form. Delivery times are always very reasonable and the packaging is always top-notch. The missing star is due to the price sometimes being a bit more expensive than in stores (for example, a rum found at 187 euros on rhumattitude that I found at 170 at the wine merchant near my home) for some products, but overall the prices are very competitive!
