Thank you for your feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you receive the package so that we can resolve any issues that may arise. We do not quite understand because you ordered only 2 bottles, 2 glass samples, and 6 PET bottles with their caps. Could you please be more specific about what happened? Normally, when possible without the risk of tearing, the 2 cases are folded and placed on the side or at the bottom of the package to avoid any damage. We also sent you an email to get more explanations and possibly find solutions for you. The Rhum Attitude team.
