A gift box ordered for a birthday, received 4 days before the desired delivery date (as the date choice was offered) and the birthday card proposed with the gift was forgotten in the package... too bad. However, the box was well packaged (with gift wrap as promised) and I received a quick response with apologies and a good acknowledgment of the improvements to be made, following the report of these small errors.
