A very good customer service! My order was, I suppose, lost by La Poste. The customer service was very responsive and quickly sent me a new box. Parcel received late after 15 days but it's the Post's fault for misplacing the parcel, and the customer service did everything to follow up on this issue. Kudos to them for that. However, the bottle was poorly protected in an oversized packaging. Gift wrapping upon arrival was torn in the box. But I think my customer experience is below normal and I was just unlucky this time. If I had to do it again, I would return to Rhum Attitude and I recommend it.
