Thank you for your order and your feedback. We have 3000 references in stock. These are not products we manufacture: we buy them and resell them at retail. The airtightness of the bottles is difficult if not impossible to detect at departure (spirits bottles are stored upright). Therefore, it can happen that there is a leak during transport. Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can provide after-sales service! (sending a new bottle if you lost a large part, compensation, etc.) We have sent you an email in this regard. Small vintage error during delivery (it happens), but after chatting with Olivier from Rhum Attitude (also available on a Sunday evening, it should be noted!), the exchange was handled very quickly, at no extra cost. Bonus: the cardboard cases are flat at the bottom of the parcel, and the bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap, and everything is surrounded by soft cardboard in the box, so everything arrives intact.

Order of 3 bottles, unfortunately 2 arrived broken, probably due to a lack of care from the delivery person. It can happen, but above all, I just had to make a simple call to customer service to be re-delivered the next day with 2 new bottles. Finally, a customer service worthy of the name.
