Hello, you need to contact us by email otherwise we cannot know that glasses have broken :) We pack them as best as we can and we replace them in case of breakage of course. The ideal is still - and we cannot insist enough - to open the package and check the condition of the bottles and glasses to put the reservations next to the signature so that we can take action against the carrier. For the bottles, if we have a signature without reservation, we will not be able to compensate you. For the glasses, we can make an exception. I give a rating of 4/5 because, although Rhum Attitude processed my order as quickly as possible, I unfortunately chose delivery by Chronopost. Of course, with Chronopost's services being what they are, my package did not arrive at the recipient within the allotted time (birthday gift) - obvious lies from the delivery person, etc... I therefore do not understand why the site uses Chronopost's services. Chronopost has a deplorable rating on TrustPilot (around 2). Why work with a company with such incompetence when you apparently care about your customers' satisfaction?

Regarding the rating of Chronopost, it should be noted that it is the unhappy people who write reviews about carriers. If you look at the reviews for other transport companies (Colissimo, GLS, Mondial Relay, etc.), the ratings are also catastrophic. No transport company escapes this rule. However, Chronopost is reliable at nearly 99%, like the others.
