4 orders without any problem... then the drama. The carrier hands me the package and I hear the sounds of glass just by picking it up. I refuse and he leaves with it. I inform customer service, quick response, a new shipment will be made with another carrier. Received 3 days later in perfect condition. In addition to a very wide choice of products and attractive prices, customer service is therefore ultra responsive. The cherry on the cake is the little gift offered with each order (in my case I often take a sample to guide my future purchases but there are also goodies and discount vouchers) In short, you can order without fear.
