Indeed, the relay point near my home was temporarily unavailable, they redirected my package to another relay point located more than 20 kilometers from my home. Thank you for your efficiency (earlier than expected), I requested delivery in France while living in Belgium and it arrived (with gift wrapping at the desired address). I didn't give 5 stars because I find it unfortunate to pay more (really more) to be delivered in Belgium rather than in France, so I was lucky to have a friend who brought it back for me. Fast shipping of the package and well protected as it is very fragile, however a bit disappointed that a bottle of rum costing 130 euros didn't even come with a case to pack it... but the quality was there! Third order perfect. Just the first one had nothing to do with the site... the package had a cut mark on the side as if someone at the post wanted to look inside. The other two Chronopost orders had no issues. Additional samples in the package. I don't give 5 stars because I didn't have any breakage or missing items, so I can't comment on customer service. But the packages are insured. I've seen cheaper sites BUT with the post or relay and 'the package travels at the buyer's risk.' If a product is damaged, contact the transport service' so with the post... no comment. Here at least it's insured, so it's better to pay 30-35 euros more.
